Kennedy, was assassinated. \u00a0To mark this historic anniversary, we have\u00a0highlighted some of\u00a0the materials available in the Library\u2019s collection regarding this event and the president.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.atu.edu\/library\/files\/2013\/11\/P1010010edit.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.atu.edu\/library\/files\/2013\/11\/P1010010edit.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-726 alignright\" alt=\"OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blogs.atu.edu\/library\/files\/2013\/11\/P1010010edit.jpg?resize=266%2C208\" width=\"266\" height=\"208\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/libvoyager.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=131619\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0JFK assassination files : newspaper clippings from 1963-68<\/a><\/strong> (Collection). \u00a0This collection of clippings from the <em>The\u00a0Arkansas Democrat Gazette<\/em>, <em>The Nashville Tennessean<\/em>, <em>The Washington Post<\/em>, and <em>Life<\/em> magazine were assembled following Kennedy&#8217;s assassination. \u00a0They include editorials, photographs, news, and reports of the investigation of the Warren Commission as it occurred. \u00a0These are assembled in two, three-ring binders in our Special Collections room. \u00a0Just ask at Reference if you would like to view them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/libvoyager.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=267356\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Post JFK assassination Air Force One flight deck recording<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>(Online Audio). \u00a0This audio recording is available online through the Government Printing Office website and consists of two hours of Air Force One flight deck recordings immediately following the assassination. The recording includes conversations between pilots, staff, and secret service agents regarding the incident and the disposition of the president&#8217;s body. The recording also includes the use of code names for some of the individuals involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/libvoyager.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=284605\">Report of the President&#8217;s Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy<\/a><\/strong> (Online).\u00a0 Available online from the National Archives, this represents the results of the Warren Commission&#8217;s investigation of the assassination of John F. Kennedy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/webvoyage.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=228942\">JFK<\/a><\/strong> (Videorecording).\u00a0 Directed by Oliver Stone, this is the story of New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison whose investigation into the assassination of John F. Kennedy became an obsession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/webvoyage.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=114223\">Profiles in courage<\/a><\/strong> (Book).\u00a0 John F. Kennedy\u2019s Pulitzer Prize winning book, written when he was a junior senator from Massachusetts.\u00a0 It documents the true accounts of eight American patriots at different junctures in American History.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/webvoyage.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=258288\">JFK and the unspeakable<\/a><\/strong> (Audiobook). James W. Douglass sheds new light on the Kennedy assassination and its significance, taking listeners from the Oval Office to the fateful presidential motorcade in Dallas and exposing the &#8220;Unspeakable&#8221; forces behind it all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/webvoyage.atu.edu\/vwebv\/holdingsInfo?bibId=237793\">Four days in November : the assassination of President John F. Kennedy<\/a><\/strong> (Book). Drawn from Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy, this book is a historic account of the event and all the conspiracy theories it spawned.\u00a0 Written by Vincent Bugliosi, famed prosecutor of Charles Manson and author of Helter Skelter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.archives.gov\/research\/jfk\/\">The President John F.
