The website also contains multiple links to various support materials, including this <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"informational video (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rxlu81SUYic&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\">informational video<\/a> by Education Commissioner at the time, Johnny Key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This &#8220;next step&#8221; in transforming Arkansas schools is based on the work of Robert Marzano and others.
