Here is how the process works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Complete the top section of <a href=\"https:\/\/dese.ade.arkansas.gov\/Offices\/educator-effectiveness\/licensure-exceptions\/administrator-licensure-completion-plan-alcp\"><strong>this form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Email the form to Dr. Morelan: <a href=\"mailto:wmorelan@atu.edu\"><strong>wmorelan@atu.edu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: ATU&#8217;s EDLD Program Director (me) and Licensure Officer (Dr. Bell) will sign the form, and email it back to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: You will then sign the form and submit it to your district.
