Best of 2016

As we reach the end of the year, it’s always good to take one final look back before jumping forward. So, I’ve compiled some “best of” book lists for 2016. If you see something on here you’d like to read, search Find It to see if one of the Tech Libraries own a copy. If we don’t, you can always request that we purchase a copy for the Library or you can InterLibrary Loan the item from another library.

NPR Best Books of 2016
Times Critics’ Top Books of 2016
Publisher’s Weekly Best Books of 2016
Washington Post 10 Best Books of 2016
Amazon Editors’ Top 20 Books So Far (of 2016)
Wall Street Journal’s The 20 Books that Defined Our Year

See you all Next Year. Please note our Winter Interim Hours. May each of you have a very Happy Holiday Season (and break from your studies)!

The End is Near…

End of the semester that is.

Tears For Fears - Head Over Heels Library

Please remember to return your library items before you leave at the end of the semester or graduate. If you’re not ready to bring them back yet, you may renew your items by stopping by the library, calling 479-508-3321, emailing Ozarkcampuslibrary@atu.edu or online!

You may even check library items out over the break and return them in January…perhaps when classes are finished you’ll have time to read that popular fiction book you’ve had your eye on.

Please note that the Ozark Campus Library will be closed December 19th through January 3rd. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, January 4th.

Good luck to you all on Finals and Congratulations to all who are graduating! Happy Holidays!

Get started with Libguides

There are so many resources at the Library, it can be overwhelming to find the right resource for your topic.  Where do you start?  LibGuides can give you direction for finding books, articles, and search strategies for whatever assignment is thrown at you.  Compiled by librarians, each guide is tailored for a specific subject, and in some cases, a specific course.
