Open Forum Today for Students

A Strategic Planning Open Forum will be held on Monday, November 2 at 3:00pm in Doc Bryan Lecture Hall. Students are invited to bring their “big ideas” for the future of Arkansas Tech University and ways we can make it a better place for all students, faculty and staff.

This forum will be co-hosted by the Student Government Association and the Strategic Planning Committee who will be present to hear your ideas and feedback on improving student success at Arkansas Tech. Please come prepared with your ideas to address the needs of the university. This forum is reserved for students only.

If you are unable to attend the session, you can view a live stream of the discussion and submit questions and comments during the session to participate. To join the live stream, please click the link below:

Open Forum Today: Ozark Campus

The next Strategic Planning Open Forum will be held on Wednesday, October 21 at the Ozark Campus in the Student Center Main Conference Room. There will be a Student Open Forum at 1:00 p.m. and a Faculty/Staff Open Forum at 2:00 p.m., followed by a Q & A discussion between faculty and staff from both the Russellville and the Ozark campus.

The forum will be hosted by the Strategic Planning Committee. Working Group members will be present to hear your ideas and feedback. The fourth Strategic Planning Open Forum will be held on Monday, October 19 at 4:00pm in Doc Bryan Lecture Hall. The discussion topic today will be “One University: The Tech Brand and Identity”.

This forum will be hosted by the Institution as a Public University Working Group, the Student Support Working Group, the Academic Structure and Faculty Working Group and the Marketing and Enrollment Working Group. Working Group members will be present to hear your ideas and feedback on improving student success at Arkansas Tech. Please come prepared with your ideas to address branding and identity of the university.
