I hate to say that these past few weeks haven’t been exceptionally eventful. Besides the several exams I’ve had, my classes have remained the same. My Global Hospitality Leadership class does have a field trip on Friday that I plan on going to. We’re taking a bus to Boston and visiting some Marriott Hotels. I hope to learn a lot and enjoy visiting Boston rather than just passing through the airport like I have been. I will make sure to take pictures and post them here.<\/p>\n
One thing that has happened is that I went home to Arkansas this past weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. It was nice to come home and see everyone, it made me realize how much I’ve missed my family and friends. The wedding was very nice, I’m glad they’ve finally tied the knot. One of the best parts about being home was eating real biscuits and hashbrowns, all they have up here are English muffins, which I do not care much for.<\/p>\n
Autumn is in full swing around the country, it was interesting to see how much New England is ahead of the rest. The colors here are gorgeous. I plan on taking a trip up to Camden Maine this next weekend to see how the leaves have changed, I can’t wait. I will have more to write about in my next blog. Because I went home, I haven’t been involved with much around here. I will update you about all of my trips coming up soon!<\/p>\n
