Dear Reader,
It has been a whole month since I first arrived in Graz. I love it here! It is so pretty whe
s through the old buildings and over the Uhrturm (Clock Tower). The way the wat
er sparkles in the Mur as it flows under the Murinsel is absolutely breathtaking. It’s beginning to warm up here as well, but most day’s I still need
a heavy coat.
I finished my Intensive German Course class this past week, and my university classes begin tomorrow. Registration was pretty different and more time consuming that at ATU, but I got into all seven classes that I wanted to take. That may sound like a hectic schedule, but I only go to these classes once every week for 90 minutes, so it’s not that much actually. Plus I still have my Wednesday’s and Friday’s completely free. Which will make it so much easier to travel around Europe.
Speaking of traveling, since my last blog post, I ventured to Croatia! It was so beautiful there as well. It was warmer than Graz, but not Arkansas warm. I saw so many historical buildings and statues. And the best part of it all was how cheap it was! I only spent 30 euros for three days! However, on the third day, I was ready to get back to Graz. Being there made me realize how much German I have actually
learned.
That’s really all that has happened since my last blog post, just class and travel. I plan on traveling so much more in the near future. I plan on going to Maribor, Salzburg, Ljubljana, Ireland, Germany, and Italy at least!
Until next time!
