Early in 2019, the Arkansas Department of Education began a push toward “High Reliability Schools.” The ADE website has a detailed description of this initiative and the philosophy behind it. The website also contains multiple links to various support materials, including this informational video by Education Commissioner at the time, Johnny Key.
